Today marks the 75th anniversary of the ratification of the 22nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which ended national Prohibition.  Hoist your glass tonight in open defiance of the temperance movement.  Some notorious libertines are using the occassion to call for the end of another failed prohibtion.
