Christian Vander and Magma on French tv- 1984. Initially I assumed Vander is singing in French.  Turns out the song is sung in “Kobaian”, which is an language of a planet populated by refugees from Earth created by Vander and part of the group’s manufactured mythology.  But “goofy” needs no translation, regardless of the planet of origin.
